BURLESQUE CHAIR DANCE CLASSES
Get fitter, feel stronger and grow your confidence while having the best time. Our classes and workshops teach real dance technique, impressive chair tricks and unique choreography that makes you feel amazing. You’ll learn a brand new routine every four weeks, building strength, stamina and flexibility along the way. It is truly the most fun you can have with your clothes on!

BURLESQUE CHAIR DANCE WORKSHOPS
Learn a full routine in just two hours and take home photos to remember it by. Coco hosts monthly workshops that anyone can join, or you can book a private session for your own group. A dance workshop is a brilliant way to bring people together, create shared memories and strengthen the bond of a team. With a variety of songs and props to choose from, you can pick a theme that perfectly suits you.

SHOWS & CLASS PRESENTATIONS
Coco produces bi-annual shows that spotlight her dancers’ talent, appearing at Fringe festivals and festive Christmas showcases. Class presentations give her girls a chance to shine and share what they’ve been learning. She also hosts professional shows for the wider public at venues like Strings and Ventnor Fringe, delivering unforgettable nights of sparkle and entertainment.

STRETCH CLASSES
FlexIt Unisex Stretch blends gentle exercise with deep stretching. Working through each muscle group, holding poses to build strength, stamina and flexibility. Health benefits include improving blood flow, easing aches and pains, calming the mind and supporting emotional wellbeing. Class flows to relaxing music and finishes with a guided meditation, leaving you feeling balaned and refreshed.

WELLBEING WORKSHOPS
Mindfulness is a great way to restore peace, calming the mind and balancing the emotions. Spend the first hour stretching the body and connecting with your breath. Then settle down with a blanket and dimmed lights listening to relaxing music as you are guided through a meditation. The workshop concludes with a short dose of Reiki healing for each participant.

REIKI TREATMENTS
Relax fully clothed on a massage table in a tranquil, softly scented space while receiving Reiki light. This hands-off treatment allows your body to unwind, your mind to switch off and your energy to rebalance, helping to clear blockages and support healing. It is completely painless and can be used alongside traditional medicine. Coco is a trained Usui Reiki Master with five years of experience.
