Through yoga-inspired poses and deep stretches targeting major muscle groups, participants can improve mobility, release stress, and ease aches. The session includes hip openers, back twists, leg stretches, and a guided meditation to calm the mind.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring socks, a blanket, and a yoga mat, and leave feeling renewed and refreshed.

At the end of the stretch class Coco guides you through a meditation to relieve the mind of stress, clear the intrusive thoughts, and to help the body deeply relax. Allowing the brain to relax in this way has a calming effect on your nervous system, allowing your emotions to balance and your mind to be at peace.

  • Splits Training

    If you are looking to increase your flexibility, this is the class for you. Flex It is designed as a splits training programme, working towards the scissor and box splits. It typically takes 6-9 weeks to achieve scissor splits, and 3-6 months to achieve box splits. Regular stretching a few times a week will help you to achieve this goal.
