With similar poses to yoga, you are taken through a series of postures and holds that enable the body to sink into deepening stretches of the major muscle groups. Opening up your hips, twisting your back, rolling your neck, and folding into deep leg stretches bring mobility back into your body.
Wear stretchy comfortable clothes, bring socks, a jumper or a blanket and a yoga mat, and enjoy the feel-good sensations that a deep body stretch can bring. Followed by a guided meditation to rest the mind, allowing you to connect with your body through the breath. Leave feeling renewed and refreshed.

Splits Training
If you are looking to increase your flexibility, this is the class for you. Flex It is designed as a splits training programme, working towards the scissor and box splits. It typically takes 6-9 weeks to achieve scissor splits, and 3-6 months to achieve box splits. Regular stretching a few times a week will help you to achieve this goal.
