This routine is full of snake like moves with the body so a catsuit looks amazing with this dance!

YOU WILL NEED

This routine requires you to slide across the floor. You will need dancer’s knee pads and long knee high socks.

There are plenty of chair tricks in this routine to make it interesting, from a hand stand on the chair to powerful tango splits that give the WOW factor.

This routine is fast and requires flexibility so it is comfortable for mid levels of ability and experience, but everyone is welcome.

I am a trained dancer and Best Instructor for the South 2024. I am going to break the routine down in small bitesize chunks so that it is really easy to learn.

Stretchy tight clothes to dance in (baggy things tend to catch on the chair)

Over the knee socks

Dancer’s knee pads

A warm layer to wear for the cool down like a hoody

A bottle of water and a small snack
