Breathwork
This is a short guided meditation by Coco. This is a great one to do first thing in the morning. Using the breath, we connect with the solar plexus, the seat of our emotions. Releasing anything that is not serving us, and encouraging tension release. Sending golden light all around the body to heal and release. We also connect with the root chakra, to ground and stabilise.
You will need a comfortable place to sit or lie down while you enjoy this guided meditation. Make sure you are warm, maybe cover yourself in a blanket and have a comfortable pillow for your head. Wearing headphones will enrich the experience so that you feel fully immersed in the experience.
Meditation is a great way to relieve stress, encourage relaxation and quietening of the mind. It is an integral part of a self care routine and has many health benefits also. This is the first of many guided meditations I will be uploading on a weekly basis. They will refresh every month.
