Colour Visualisation

This is a short guided meditation by Coco. This is a visualisation meditation, working with your favourite colour, connecting with it’s energy and vibration. We are attracted to colours in a very personal way and they often resonate with our spirit and make us feel happy to our core. Immerse yourself in this colour with a guided visualisation to help you energise and feel full of the good vibes that your favourite colour brings.

You will need a comfortable place to sit or lie down while you enjoy this guided meditation. Make sure you are warm, maybe cover yourself in a blanket and have a comfortable pillow for your head. Wearing headphones will enrich the experience so that you feel fully immersed in the experience.

Meditation is a great way to relieve stress, encourage relaxation and quietening of the mind. It is an integral part of a self care routine and has many health benefits also. This is the first of many guided meditations I will be uploading on a weekly basis. They will refresh every month.
